Group O is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Mansfield to manage inbound and outbound freight for Packaging Solutions. You will optimize carrier relationships, monitor costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and profitability.

The role requires 3-5 years in logistics, experience with ERP systems (D365) and logistics platforms, and strong communication. Hybrid work enables remote and on-site collaboration, with occasional travel to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably D365) and logistics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal and external carriers.
• Serve as primary liaison with carriers, suppliers and customers for logistics execution.
• Manage freight claims, loss tracking and exception handling.
• Provide cost tracking reports, spend analysis and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Inventory Accountant on inventory-related reporting.
• Support carrier selection and rate negotiation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics.
• Oversee 3PL facilities to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain visual displays of logistics metrics and indicators.
