Job summary

Novolex, including Eco-Products, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound domestic freight, coordinate 3PL flows, and ensure timely shipments. You will work in a small-company environment with a team approach and report to the Sr. Manager of Logistics.

The role emphasizes accuracy, supplier relations, and data-driven improvements. A hybrid office setting supports collaboration while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and adaptable in a growing company.
• Proficient analytical skills and Excel experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Autonomous work style while meeting cut-off times.
• Experience with TMS/ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• 1-2 years in a logistics role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound freight shipments (TMS, ERP, WMS).
• Enter shipping confirmations daily and communicate order changes to Sales Reps and Warehouses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with TMS providers and 3PL warehouses.
• Coordinate transfers between warehouses and domestic supplier pickups.
• Manage customer returns with Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Analyze data to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Support the company mission and daily logistics activities.
