The role requires extensive experience in operations and strong organizational and communication skills to support sales, ensure timely shipments, and manage freight processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading an operations organization or equivalent.
• Epicor 21 (P21) skills desirable.
• Experience in operations coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of freight logistics and freight claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse coordination to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information and resolve warehouse issues.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the warehouse.
