Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound freight across the Packaging Solutions division, ensuring timely, cost-effective transportation and strong carrier relationships.

This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead continuous improvement, monitor costs, and collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales to optimize logistics and profitability. Candidates should have 3–5 years of logistics experience, ERP/D365 familiarity, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably D365) and logistics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (internal and external).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using internal and external carrier accounts.
• Serve as liaison with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers on logistics execution and issue resolution.
• Manage freight claims, loss tracking, and exception handling using Monday.com and carrier systems.
• Maintain cost tracking reports, freight spend analysis, and performance metrics.
