Job summary

Sun Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant in Falls Church. The role blends advisory work with hands-on facilitation to drive leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management.

Hybrid work during core hours, up to 7-8 months with possible extension, and a pay rate of $90–$125 per hour. The candidate will partner with executives, HR, and OE colleagues to diagnose, design, and deliver practical OE solutions that are owner-led and business-aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years HR/related experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Advanced consulting skills to scope problems, gain client buy-in, and deliver results.
• Experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
• Experience applying org, team and leadership effectiveness practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR leaders on effectiveness, team dynamics, and change leadership.
• Lead qualitative diagnostics via interviews and focus groups to identify opportunities.
• Design and facilitate strategy alignment, team launches, role clarity sessions.
• Support organization design efforts and governance discussions for future state.
• Develop change management approaches with leader engagement and toolkits.
• Prioritize OE efforts with leaders and align with broader strategies.
• Create presentations and written materials summarizing themes and actions.
