Healthbay Company is seeking a talented Organizational Development Consultant for a full-time contract. The role partners with leadership and staff to assess needs, design interventions, and drive initiatives that improve culture, performance, and change management across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology or related field.
• 4–8 years in OD, talent management, HR consulting, or L&D.
• OD/certification a plus.
• Experience designing and leading organizational interventions and training.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and PM skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Experience with change management frameworks and workforce analytics.
• Ability to influence at all levels.

• Assess structures, processes, and culture to identify improvements.
• Design and implement talent management, leadership development, and engagement programs.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies for major initiatives.
