Cambia is seeking an Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst for a hybrid role with in-office days. You will design and deliver analytics to improve operations, document requirements, and drive continuous improvement across divisions.

You will work with stakeholders to identify root causes, propose solutions, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while aligning with health plan operations and cost containment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation, project documentation, or policy and procedure writing
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division.
• Identify root causes, surface issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop methodologies and approaches for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges.
• Document business requirements, methods, and work outputs to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Drive analytic innovation and best practices, actively eliminating inefficient use of resources.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration by assembling and distributing key data and insights to stakeholders
