Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation, project documentation, or policy and procedure writing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division.
• Identify root causes, surface issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop methodologies for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges.
• Document business requirements, methods, and outputs for clarity and consistency.
• Drive analytic innovation and best practices, eliminating inefficient use of resources.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration by sharing key data and insights with stakeholders.
