Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Data Analytics professional to join the Ops Reporting & Performance Analytics team. You will design, develop, and deliver reporting that drives operational improvements across multiple offices and regions.

Ideal candidates bring strong Excel skills, data mining experience, and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Hybrid work, with in-office days and flexible arrangements, is available where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation or policy/documentation writing.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data mining methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics to support operations.
• Identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
