You will lead a team of analysts and programmer analysts, oversee data services and BI solutions, and partner with Operations and IT to deliver actionable insights across multiple locations including Salt Lake City. The Senior Manager will drive strategic planning, ensure data privacy and quality, and translate business needs into technical solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience with at least 3 years in supervision/leadership.
• Experience with health plan operations and BI/data reporting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Operations Technical Services across multiple locations.
• Lead planning, resource assignment, and delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Oversee data services architecture, ETL, data quality, and governance.
• Collaborate with operations and BI teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts and programmers analysts.
