Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst for a hybrid role in Salt Lake City with regional office options. You will design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics to support operational needs, identify root causes, and drive process improvements across health plan operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in reporting, strong Excel/data mining skills, and experience with SOPs and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in analytics/reporting.
• 3+ years in report preparation, documentation, or policy writing.
• Strong Excel and data mining/tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division
• Identify root causes, surface issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to drive informed decision-making
• Develop methodologies and approaches for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges
• Document business requirements, methods, and work outputs to ensure clarity and consistency
• Drive analytic innovation and best practices, actively eliminating inefficient use of resources
• Support cross-departmental collaboration by assembling and distributing key data and insights to stakeholders
