Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst for a hybrid role involving 3 days per week in the office across multiple listed offices, including Burlington.

The role focuses on designing, delivering, and improving operational reporting and analytics to support better health care outcomes and efficiency. Qualified candidates will have a relevant degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience, and 3+ years in report preparation or policy writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation, project documentation, or policy and procedure writing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division
• Identify root causes, surface issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to drive informed decision-making
• Develop methodologies and approaches for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges
• Document business requirements, methods, and work outputs to ensure clarity and consistency
• Drive analytic innovation and best practices, actively eliminating inefficient use of resources
• Support cross-departmental collaboration by assembling and distributing key data and insights to stakeholders
