Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst to join the Data Analytics team in a hybrid role. You will design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division, identifying root causes and proposing process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in report preparation, project documentation, or policy and procedure writing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytics that support operational needs across the division
• Identify root causes, surface issues proactively, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Apply knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies to drive informed decision-making
• Develop methodologies and approaches for new tasks, projects, and analytical challenges
• Document business requirements, methods, and work outputs to ensure clarity and consistency
• Drive analytic innovation and best practices, actively eliminating inefficient use of resources
• Support cross-departmental collaboration by assembling and distributing key data and insights to stakeholders
