Covista is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Performance Acceleration team in Chicago. You will develop reports and dashboards for executive leaders across all institutions, partnering with technology to improve KPI visualization and analytics capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong Power BI/SQL/Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics and report development supporting enterprise operations.
• Experience with programming and analytics systems (e.g., Power BI) and reporting using SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to present results clearly to business counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement reports/dashboards for executive leaders within all institutions.
• Leads day-to-day development and delivery of reports and feedback on features and capabilities to be incorporated as enhancements.
• Provides segment and performance acceleration colleagues with analytics and reporting on operational projects.
