Xcel Energy is seeking a skilled Operations Work Coordinator to manage daily work plans, crews, and related systems. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate data handling to support planning and execution across multiple work sites.

You will coordinate with frontline leaders, adjust schedules, generate work orders, and reconcile costs while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with robust benefits.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years in utility operations.
• Experience in work order management, payroll, invoicing, safety and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and data retrieval from reporting tools.
• Ability to schedule and manage work to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a daily work plan and crew roster.
• Adjust schedules and assign crews based on resources.
• Generate work orders and closeout packets across systems.
• Analyze exception reports for labor and equipment charges.
• Coordinate materials, locate requests, and special equipment.
• Provide backup to other roles and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholder groups to optimize resources.
• Reconcile packets to match as-builts.
