You will generate work orders, review progress, and ensure accurate data in multiple systems while collaborating with supervisors and stakeholder groups. The position is hybrid, with onsite expectations several days per week and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related utility experience preferred.
• Understand work order management, payroll, invoicing, materials and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a daily work plan and crew roster.
• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews based on resources and progress.
• Generate work orders and complete closeout of work packets in systems.
• Reconcile completed packets to ensure labor/material accuracy and data integrity.
