The role emphasizes coordination with supervisors and stakeholders to optimize resources and performance. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in utility operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with work management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related experience in the construction, design, maintenance or operations area (utility experience preferred).
• Must understand work order management, payroll, invoicing, materials, safety, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of work management, mapping and scheduling/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a daily work plan and daily crew roster.
• Generate work orders and complete job closeout of all work packets.
• Support the department by coordinating locates, materials, and scheduling equipment.
• Maintain data integrity within systems and reconcile packets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity.
