Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator in a hybrid role to support our sales pipeline, maintain pricing integrity, and monitor online portal inventory for accurate fulfillment.

You will coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams, keep CRM up-to-date, and ensure smooth order processing from quote to delivery while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, order processing, inventory control, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency with inventory/ERP systems, CRM platforms, and e-commerce backends (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or proprietary portals).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas, data filtering).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with strong phone presence.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and customer support to support the inside sales pipeline.
• Generate price quotes and create/convert quotes to sales orders.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates; resolve order issues promptly.
• Maintain CRM notes to ensure sales continuity across the team.
• Review and manage price sheets, dealer tiers, and promotional discounts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/purchasing for inventory alignment.
• Ensure portal inventory data stays synchronized with ERP systems.
