You will lead platform health, compliance monitoring, and data operations while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure operational stability.

The role requires ten years in platform or data operations, expertise with Snowflake and AWS, and PMP/PMI-ACP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in platform or data operations.
• Experience with Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML Ops and data operations.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support and platform health.
• Lead vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance activities.
• Manage operations for analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure stability.
• Identify automation and AI-driven efficiency improvements.
