The American Hospital Association (AHA) in Chicago is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational functions for the Hospital Capacity Management Consortium. You will align workflows with organizational goals, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration across staff, leadership, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities include budget tracking, SOP development, and process improvements to boost efficiency and accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in operations, project management, communications, business or related field.
• 5+ years Operations/office management experience.
• Knowledge of project management, budgeting/tracking, process improvement and communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS, and other relevant technology.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operational activities ensuring alignment with goals and annual operating plans.
• Monitors project progress, identifies barriers, and supports timely resolution of issues.
• Manages internal processes, timelines, and deliverables for organizational alignment.
• Facilitates cross-functional communication among staff, leadership, vendors, and partners.
• Assists with budget tracking, expense monitoring, invoicing, reporting, and resource planning.
• Develops, documents and improves SOPs, workflows and administrative systems.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Utilizes data and tools to support organizational needs and performance reporting.
• Prepares reports and operational summaries for leadership or governance groups.
• Manages vendor relationships and service agreements.
