Agiliti Health, Inc. seeks a Hospital Operations Coordinator to lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and to deliver on established metrics within the contract.

The role includes overseeing equipment flow, inventory, and staff development for the ASSET360 program at Mercy Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise HST personnel, assist with staffing, and ensure training, performance reviews, and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of Medical or Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Manage equipment flow and inventory for Asset Management.
• Address nursing staff concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with staffing schedules and foster team cooperation.
• Deliver HST training and supervise staff development.
• Ensure adherence to ASSET360 policies and procedures.
• Support patient rounds and daily tasks as needed.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.
