Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to act as an adjunct leader and coordinator, guiding strategic initiatives. You will manage cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders, and drive execution of quality, cost, and utilization initiatives across departments.

The role requires collaboration with care delivery leaders, executives, and IT/ Informatics teams to align with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration or 4 years of equivalent relevant industry experience required.
• Masters in Nursing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 4 years experience with multi-disciplinary teams supporting operational processes and/or workflows required.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Clinical Informatics certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives as an adjunct leader and coordinator.
• Manage projects to achieve desired results and sustainment.
• Coordinate planning, design and execution of initiatives with leaders and stakeholders.
• Serve as key contact to ensure collaboration among physicians and executive leaders.
