Job summary

Reporting to the SVP, you will drive organizational effectiveness, governance, and strategic planning, partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology to deliver measurable results. Hybrid work involves three days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred (P1+/M2+).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategy and operations.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional associations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Center's operating model and governance.
• Manage financial and resource planning, including budget development, forecasting, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Contracts, Compliance, HR, Procurement, Technology and other functions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, establish plans, milestones, and measures of success.
• Provide strategic analysis and execution leadership to inform senior decision-making.
