Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking an Hospital Operations Coordinator to lead daily hospital operations when the Operations Manager is unavailable and to ensure performance against defined metrics within the contract.

The role oversees equipment flow, inventory, and the ASSET360 program, while developing staff through training and performance reviews. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical or Management experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Oversee equipment flow and inventory for Asset Management.
• Supervise HST personnel including training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing schedules based on equipment volume.
• Provide training and enforcement of ASSET360 policies and procedures.
