You will monitor progress, manage internal processes, assist with budgeting and reporting, and foster cross-functional collaboration with staff, leadership, vendors, and external partners. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, management, communications, business or related field.
• 5+ years of operations/office management experience.
• Knowledge of project management, budgeting/tracking, process improvement and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, aligned workflows with goals and plans.
• Monitors project progress, identifies barriers, and supports timely resolution of issues.
• Manages internal processes, timelines, and deliverables for organizational alignment and accountability.
• Facilitates cross-functional communication among staff, leadership, committees, vendors, and external partners.
• Assists with budget tracking, expense monitoring, invoicing, reporting, and resource planning.
• Develops and improves standard operating procedures, workflows, and administrative systems.
• Maintains records, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensures inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
