Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in in Concord, NC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage delivery, installation and removal of modular buildings while performing light accounting and administrative tasks. Hybrid schedule with on-site training and thereafter 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

The role emphasizes customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate communications with vendors, customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a professional business environment.
• 3+ years in a customer service role with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
• Self-starter with energy and drive; finishes tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Perform light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval and back-end charge processes.
• Produce and analyze reports to ensure deadlines and customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, vendors, project managers and coordinators to move projects to completion.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, customers, and architects in writing or verbally.
• Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve.
