Job summary

Paradigm Max Q LLC is seeking a motivated Business Operations Support Analyst to provide contract and business operations support. The selected candidate will support contract execution, administrative processes, program management activities, reporting, scheduling, and organizational operations supporting various contract requirements.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active secret

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Communications, Finance, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for contract execution activities.
• Track contract deliverables, milestones, and performance requirements.
• Maintain contract documentation and records.
• Support contract reviews, status meetings, and action item tracking.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, calendars, and reporting tools.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and meeting documentation.
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Support special projects and business initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
• Support workflow tracking and process improvement efforts.
• Develop spreadsheets, reports, and administrative products.
• Coordinate activities across functional teams and stakeholders.
