Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support current and upcoming Child Support system modernization projects. The role involves technical analysis across the SDLC, documentation, and proactive risk management, with potential moves between quality assurance and project management engagements.

You will report to a Senior Manager within a matrixed organization and collaborate with multiple project leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of state and local governments or public-sector domains is valuable.
• Experience in technical analysis across SDLC and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform technical analysis across one or more Child Support modernization engagements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Plan and participate in interviews, workshops, and technical sessions to gather requirements.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare executive-ready reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
