Job summary

Paradigm Max Q LLC is seeking a Senior Product Support Analyst in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on applying analytical methods to optimize sustainment, readiness, and cost performance for defense systems, including 5th generation platforms.

The candidate will interface with government customers and OEMs while supporting program reviews and planning. The position requires a BA/BS in a related field and experience in logistics, operations research, or engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with four of the past five years in a relevant field.
• Ability to perform strategic, independent work at expert level.
• Lead complex, high-impact sustainment initiatives.
• Analyze system performance and cost drivers across lifecycle.
• Support provisioning, sparing analyses, and supply chain optimization.
• Develop dashboards and briefings for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Interface with government customers and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical, scientific, mathematics, and statistical methodologies to study and analyze problems related to weapon systems or equipment development.
• Design procedures for process improvements, experiments, tests, and evaluations of systems or equipment.
• Analyze failure data, trends, and root causes to improve system performance.
• Identify sustainment risks and cost drivers across the life cycle.
• Support audits, program reviews, and milestone events.
