• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or project control.
• Experience with onboarding and security clearance processes.
• Experience in federal contracting environments and cost accounting concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project control and business support services for the program.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with security, HR, and stakeholders.
• Assist with security clearance and suitability documentation.
• Support financial reporting, labor reconciliation, and cost monitoring.
• Maintain program documentation and contract deliverables.
• Prepare and submit contractual deliverables and status reports.
