Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets; advanced Excel not required.
• Must be returning to the course of study after internship.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify opportunities and translate findings into recommendations.
• Own projects from problem definition through implementation and tracking.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Supplier Management.
• Communicate insights clearly to leaders, suppliers, and partners.
• Support pricing, promotions, assortment, and supplier performance initiatives.
• Gather feedback to improve end-to-end processes.
• Use approved AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and boost efficiency.
• Adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail.
