Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for Oncology Nurse Navigation to join the System CM Oncology Nurse Navigation team. This 1.0 FTE day shift hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 onsite days per week, with potential for up to 5 days as needed, supporting cancers across the care continuum.

You will coordinate care, act as the primary contact for patients and the care team, and guide navigations through complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Onc oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• MN RN license and BLS certifications required; See licensure details in posting.

Responsibilities

• Care coordination and navigation for oncology patients across the continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with the oncology team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teammates to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development within the Cancer Institute.
