UNC Health Care System seeks an experienced RN Oncology Nurse Navigator for ENT to guide patients through the cancer care continuum. The role combines remote and in-person duties within UNC Cancer, coordinating treatments and supporting patients from diagnosis to survivorship.

Ideal candidates will have oncology nursing experience, NC RN licensure, and OCN/ONN certification or plan to obtain within 3 years. Position offers hybrid scheduling and UNC Health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• ADN with commitment to pursue BSN within required timeframe.
• Current North Carolina RN license and Oncology certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through cancer care journeys as a nurse navigator.
• Coordinate appointments, tests, and referrals across disciplines.
• Educate patients and families to enable informed decisions and timely access to care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to personalize care from diagnosis to survivorship.
