Job summary

Oncology Hematology Associates is seeking an Onc­ology Nurse Navigator to coordinate patient care across the cancer continuum in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include patient education, trial screening/consent, and survivorship planning, while maintaining NCCN-guided care and strong communication with families and providers. Remote work may be required, with travel to satellite offices as needed.

Qualifications

• RN with oncology-specific clinical knowledge.
• Minimum five years’ oncology nursing experience.
• Clinical trial experience is preferred.
• OCN certification required; ONN certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to satellite offices.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across cancer continuum per NCCN guidelines.
• Educate patients and families to enable informed decisions.
• Ensure effective communication with providers, patients, and caregivers.
• Assist with clinical trial screening, consent, and startup.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and outreach for survivorship.
