Job summary

RentSpree is seeking a First Voice Lead in Seattle to drive onboarding and activation for agents and landlords. The role blends calls with program-building to convert signups into active users and expand adoption of Landlord Pro, BaaS, screening, and rent payments.

You will run onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and live events, while creating enablement content and refining playbooks. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Seattle with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer success, onboarding, or inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Call new prospects and hit speed to first contact targets.
• Qualify Grow+ leads and place with the right agent.
• Drive landlord adoption of Landlord Pro, BaaS, screening, and rent payments.
• Plan and run onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and events.
• Create enablement content and test new approaches on calls.
• Share call recordings for team playbook improvements.
• Keep CRM records clean to forecast and relay feedback to Product/Marketing/Support.
