Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales, customer success, onboarding, or inside sales.
• Experience on a phone-based team with high-volume queue, inbound or outbound.
• Designed and delivered customer training, demos, or webinars.
• Identified and proactively built missing assets (talk tracks, sequences, resources).

Aufgaben

• Call new prospects from signups, campaigns, partners, and events to drive outcomes.
• Qualify Grow+ leads and place with the right agent.
• Drive adoption of Landlord Pro, BaaS, screening, and rent payments with landlords.
• Plan and run onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and events.
• Create enablement content and test new approaches on calls.
• Track effective tactics and share call recordings for the team playbook.
• Maintain clean CRM data and relay feedback to Product/Marketing/Support.
