Job summary

RentSpree is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end growth flywheel for landlords, agents, and tenants. You’ll move the customer from first touch through activation, expansion, and retention, partnering with product, data, and sales to optimize multi‑product adoption with AI-driven workflows.

Hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, with three in-office days weekly and occasional travel. You’ll lead experimentation across channels and leverage modern analytics to hit ambitious growth

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Experience across several growth channels with depth in at least one.
• Strong segmentation and targeting capabilities.
• Comfortable with limited instrumentation and own baselines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to scale testing and personalization.
• Familiar with growth metrics and modern analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive your audience's flywheel end to end: the full path from education and acquisition through activation, paid conversion, expansion and retention.
• Design and run structured experiments: hypothesis, launch, measure, learn, iterate.
• Grow through the people our customers already trust: we reach agents largely through MLS, brokerage, and association partners, building on touchpoints.
• Create growth inside the product, not just around it: test on surfaces where RentSpree is used.
• Leverage AI workflows to scale testing and personalization.
