RentSpree LLC is seeking a Senior Content Strategist in Seattle, WA to lead the development of a flywheel-driven content engine for agents and landlords. You will own end-to-end content strategy, production systems, and influencer/customer advocacy, partnering with Growth and Product to scale acquisition and retention.

The role emphasizes crafting credible voices, driving trust, and delivering measurable outcomes through content and community programs in a hybrid Seattle environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in content strategy, content direction, editorial, creator/influencer, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within SaaS, proptech, and B2C businesses.
• Proven experience building repeatable content systems and production engines, leveraging AI workflows to increase velocity: strategy, production, distribution, and measurement.
• Strong instincts for trust-building storytelling: customer advocacy, testimonials, user generated content, and creator/influencer partnerships that move adoption, not just engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build the Content Engine end-to-end.
• Drive end-to-end content strategy across a B2B/C audience (agents and landlords).
• Stand up repeatable production systems: production engine, AI workflows, contractors, repurposing content across channels.
• Create scalable content that drives Learn → Activate → Refer across flywheels.
