Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits.
• Guide employees through benefits, claims, and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate with client HR, payroll, and Sun Life teams to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Deliver client-facing training on Sun Life services and resources.
• Analyze reports and audits to present clear information to the Client.
