The individual will handle background checks, licensing reviews, data management, and research to support firm initiatives, requiring strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with strong administrative experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced legal or compliance environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review background checks for timekeeper candidates.
• Track issues from identification through resolution.
• Assist in monitoring attorney licensing compliance.
• Review and research compliance requests from attorneys and business professionals.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of databases.
• Research public records using public websites.
• Perform database research and data entry.
• Compile and organize information from internal sources to support OGC projects.
• Assist with preparing documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
