DLA Piper is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support the Office of General Counsel with administrative coordination for compliance operations, including due diligence activities, in a hybrid work schedule across multiple US offices.

The role emphasizes organization, data management, and collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals to ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years demonstrated success in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organization and first level review of background checks for potential timekeeper candidates.
• Track issues from identification through resolution.
• Assist in monitoring attorney licensing compliance.
• Review and research compliance requests from firm attorneys and business professionals.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of databases.
• Research public records using public websites.
• Perform database research and data entry.
• Compile and organize information from various internal firm sources to support OGC projects.
• Assist with preparing a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
