You will support our sales and service teams by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and CRM data. A friendly, proactive communicator with strong computer skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment and contribute to community-focused lawn care

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails.
• Assist sales team with selling services over the phone.
• Maintain accurate customer data records in CRM.
• Take payments and handle collections.
• Serve as first line of support for inquiries across platforms.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues through effective problem solving.
