Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Atlanta, GA seeks a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management to lead change workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and drive successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.

You will partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes; 8–12+ years in OCM, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, with experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC programs.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
• Strong change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
