Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Atlanta, GA seeks a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management to lead change workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and drive successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.

You will partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes; 8–12+ years in OCM, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, with experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy.

About the role:

As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross‐functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• 8–10+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.

• Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Proven client‑facing consulting experience.

• Experience leading projects or workstreams within enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to program management frameworks or delivery models.
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
