• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of patient registration and insurance processes experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide scheduling support for new patients and surgeries.
• Coordinate, track, and generate reports on OR block time and communications with hospitals.
• Obtain surgery insurance authorizations and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Serve as liaison between patients and physicians for non‑clinical issues.
