Job summary

Nomic, Inc. is building the AI platform for the AEC industry and seeks a Talent Partner to establish and lead our talent acquisition and intelligence function. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, GTM, and operations, partnering with leaders to define roles, design interview loops, and attract top talent.

The role is hybrid in New York City with ownership and strategic impact. You will design recruiting systems, track metrics, and grow the team as the company scales,

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with strong track record in technical hiring for engineering and product.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for GTM and business operations roles.
• Sourcing as a craft with a history of finding candidates others miss.
• Builder's instinct to design recruiting systems, processes, and data from scratch.
• Analytical, data-minded with use of funnel metrics to influence decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about AEC, AI, or both.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for engineering and product end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and close.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define success profiles and structured interview loops.
• Source for go-to-market and business operations roles and tailor approach per function.
• Strategize talent gaps and forecast needs across the business.
• Build the recruiting infrastructure, metrics, and candidate experience.
