Job summary

Nomic is building the AI platform for architecture, engineering, and construction, hiring to scale its technical and go-to-market teams from its New York HQ. You will own the full-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders to define profiles, and design fair interview loops to attract top talent in a fast-growing startup.

This role focuses on engineering and product hiring, with opportunities across GTM and operations as the company scales, and requires building systems and relationships to hire

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in tech roles.
• Experience building recruiting processes and metrics.
• Ability to translate business needs into hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, GTM, and ops roles.
• Partner with leaders to define role profiles and interview loops.
• Design scalable recruiting infrastructure and candidate experience.
• Build talent intelligence by mapping markets and tracking benchmarks.
• Represent Nomic at events to attract top talent.
