Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field and up to 2 years of event planning experience, with strong communication skills to manage budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Up to 2 years of events planning experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute 5-10 live events per year with 50-200 attendees.
• Source venues and vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare BEOs, AV, signage, and supplies.
• Provide on-site support for conferences up to 10,000 attendees.
• Manage calendars, approvals, and processing credit card authorizations.
