Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA seeks an AP1000 Training Manager to lead a team of instructors, develop workforce capabilities, and deliver training aligned with SAT and certification processes. The role requires travel, hands‑on delivery, and periodic on‑site collaboration with our Nuclear Operations team.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Nuclear Operations, Training, and Commissioning and offers a hybrid work arrangement with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PWR Operations and/or Technical Training.
• SRO PWR certification would be beneficial.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a training environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAT and training processes and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop instructors; promote technical excellence and continuous growth.
• Deliver operations and technical training; support instructor qualification programs.
• Optimize resource allocation based on demand and project priorities; support bid and proposal activities.
• Champion nuclear safety; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
• Identify and deploy innovative solutions to strengthen Westinghouse's leadership.
