Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Reactor Operator Instructor to support AP1000 and the operating fleet globally. You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager and work in a hybrid role based in Cranberry Township, PA or Madison, PA, with 2–3 days on-site.

You will develop and deliver training sessions in classroom, plant, and simulator environments, ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certified Navy Nuclear Operator and NRC licenses are required.
• Nuclear reactor operator experience with at least 8 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of SAT process for initial and continuing education programs.
• Analyze, design, and implement training needs in the specialty.
• Design, develop, and implement sessions for licensed and non-licensed operations personnel.
